After all of the cutsy puppy posts... her's a good one...For the 3rd year in a row, "Sam"The Chinese Crested has won the "Worlds Ugliest Dog" Title at the Sonoma Fair in Petaluma, CA. Sam the "weird and bizarre" dog and his owner are from Santa Barbara...
Do we think it is a coincidence that Santa Barbara is also home to the most "weird and bizarre" man?
